1. Order Processing & Shipping Time

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

• Orders ship 1-2 weeks after processing completion.

• Pre-orders require an additional 2 weeks before shipment.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

• Our standard shipping method is USPS.

• Customers may choose alternative shipping options at checkout, including UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

 

3. Domestic & International Shipping

• We ship both domestically and internationally.

• We do not ship to North Korea, Russia, or any other locations restricted by U.S. shipping regulations.

4. Shipping Rates

• Domestic Orders (U.S.):

  • Free shipping for orders over $25.

  • Orders under $25 incur a flat $5 standard shipping rate.

• International Orders:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

 

5. Tracking & Lost Packages

• All shipments include tracking information.

• LazerSquadToys, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they leave our facility. Please contact the shipping carrier for resolution.

 

6. Returns & Replacements

• We do not accept returns.

• Replacements are offered only if:

  • The item received has broken or missing parts (proof required: image and order number).

  • The item arrived damaged (proof required: image and order number).

• If a replacement item is out of stock, customers will receive store credit or a refund for the amount paid.

 

7. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

• We do not control or influence these charges.

 

8. Shipping Delays

• Shipping times may be delayed due to:

  • Major holidays.

  • Pre-order items.

  • Limited-edition releases.
