1. No Returns – All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns. All sales are considered final.
 
2. Replacement Eligibility

Replacements are only available for:

Broken or damaged items received in an order (proof required: image and order number).

Missing items, verified through our inventory records.

Items that are damaged after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.
 
3. Reporting Timeframe
- 
Customers must report any broken, missing, or damaged items within 24 hours of delivery.
 - 
Reports submitted after 24 hours will not qualify for a refund or store credit, as we cannot verify whether the damage occurred during shipping or after delivery.
 
4. Refund & Store Credit Policy
- 
If a replacement is unavailable, customers have the option to receive:

Store credit for the value of the item.
 - 
A refund to the original payment method.
 
 - 
 
5. Shipping for Replacements
- 
If a replacement is approved, LazerSquadToys, LLC will provide a new shipping label at no cost to the customer.
 
6. Final Sale Items
- 
All purchases are final and cannot be returned for refunds or exchanges, except in the case of verified missing, broken, or damaged items as outlined above.
